It is very difficult to find quality manufacturing and quality products combined with superb service these days. We found that in Roman Tavast. I have to admit that at first I was a bit cautious about the product they were going to make for me, as it was very intricate and needed to be done a certain way. They not only met my expectations, but they surpassed it, in the quality of the product and the time it took for them to complete my order. We are definitely coming back for more of the same product and other product offerings they have.

We needed some high quality lapel pins to present to attendees at the 60th celebrations of the Women of the Year Lunch. Each year, over 450 women from all walks of life gather for this very prestigious occasion - bringing together amazing women from across the United Kingdom and the wider world - from African farmers to writers, from stars of stage and screen to founders of charities, sporting heroes, politicians, nurses and scientists, community workers and the unsung heroines. After some research we chose Roman Tavast and the whole procedure was absolutely effortless, from initial design right through to delivery. The most intense period was in the early design stage but we were guided through this by their design team who took into account what we were looking for and gave us several options. We also had a time restraint but we were given priority in their production run which meant that we had our delivery in good time for the event and the pins were of excellent quality and well presented. Every year Port of Tallinn recognizes it's long-standing employees by giving out "Years of service pins". We have been rewarding pins to our employees since the early 2000's when Roman Tavast designed the first lapel pin for us. After giving out ca 700 of these pins we decided to design a brand new lapel pin that would be more modern-looking and match our meanwhile renewed visual identity. Roman Tavast managed to exactly pin-point (no pun intended) our corporate patterns and style elements integrating them perfectly into one design, while taking in concideration our ideas and suggestions. The process was smooth and fast and we’re definitely happy with the beautiful end result. 

The International Sailing Federation wanted to have some exclusive gold pins designed for our Board of Directors and some solid silver pins made as gifts. Roman Tavast quickly and effectively interpreted our design requests even producing a mock pin for us to approve. The pins were delivered within the timescale given and are of an exceptionally high quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company and we will definitely be using their services again.
