RIK had an idea of thanking their long service employees. After discovering the needs, we designed quite a few options. In the end, the decision was made to produce years of service pins that are shaped like a keyboard key (as their area of expertise is IT support).
All the badges are made of sterling silver. On the enamel pin we used transparent jewellery enamel and through the enamel pixel`s motive can be seen. Silver pins are matte and oxidized. The highest „ranking“ ones are gold plated.
