Tessell 8 Ltd wanted to create themselves lapel badges. But the brief stated that although their logo is a blue nr 8, the pin should be somewhat quirky.

Therefore we designed and made a 3D modelled lapel pin. The original model for the pin was made with the 3D printer. Which means that the first pin was actually made of wax.

From that, a cast was developed, and eventually, the pins were cast out of sterling silver, oxidized, and top surfaces cleaned, so that they would be shiny.

We at Roman Tavast Ltd design and manufacture custom made lapel pins since 1923. Click here to order lapel pins for your organisation.
