After a splashy world premiere in Berlin last Thursday, event series “The Night Manager” kicked off in the UK on the 21st of February. This is the adaptation of the 1993 John Le Carré bestseller that’s produced by The Ink Factory, BBC One and AMC. The Night Manager is a British-American television serial directed by Susanne Bier and starring Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Laurie, Olivia Colman, Tom Hollander and Elizabeth Debicki. The debut on BBC One at 9 PM scored 6.14 million viewers. Lapel Pins for BBC’s “The Night Manager” series with Hugh Laurie and Tom Hiddleston

For us it was like a déjà vu (few months ago we did lapel pins for a Hollywood movie “London Has Fallen”). The client explained over the phone, that they need some high quality lapel pins as the pins would appear close up on a TV screen. Turns out that BBC is going to make a TV series of espionage/detective novel “The Night Manager” by John le Carré. Susan Bier will direct the six-part miniseries, and it will air on BBC and AMC in 2016. Cast members include Tom Hiddleston (as Jonathan Pine) and Hugh Laurie (as Richard Onslow Roper). Also Olivia Colman (as Burr), Tom Hollander (as Corcoran), and Elizabeth Debicki (as Jed).
